IESCO Career Opportunity – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced a career opportunity for the post of Chief Financial Officer on a contract basis. IESCO is a leading power distribution company of Pakistan serving millions of consumers across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Murree, Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal. This senior management position directly reports to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing finance, treasury, and accounts functions while ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with laws, and financial integrity of the organization.
Education and Experience
Candidate must be a member of a recognized professional accounting body with at least ten years of relevant experience. Out of total experience, a minimum of three years must be at senior management level in an organization having assets of at least five billion rupees. Strong experience in ERP systems, internal audit, risk management, procurement controls, inventory management, and financial regulations is required. Understanding of Pakistan’s electricity market, corporate laws, tariff structures, and regulatory framework will be an added advantage.
